Synopsis

Leo & Lou is a 2025 Spanish dramedy directed by Carlos Solano, filmed against the windswept landscapes of Galicia. Ten-year-old Leo, a mute orphan girl, escapes from a foster home on her way to a fishing competition that reminds her of her late parents. Along the road, she crosses paths with Lou, a gruff, cynical loner who agrees to give her a ride, thinking he’s simply doing the right thing by taking her home. What starts as a reluctant favor turns into an unplanned road trip, as the pair — a girl who won’t speak and a man who won’t listen — form an unbreakable, unlikely bond and discover the true meaning of family.

Bring a blanket or low chair — start time is approximate and movies begin at dusk.
