Founded in 2003, Harmonia del Parnàs performs works prior to the 19th Century with historically documented instruments and criteria, respecting the aesthetic and theoretical particularities of each place and specific period. Its repertoire, chosen from the musicological research of musical and documentary sources from archives and libraries around the world, includes different genres and Hispanic authors from the fifteenth to the eighteenth centuries, their interpretations being the result of a studied exercise of balance between historical musicology and musical creativity.

Marian Rosa Montagut

Marian Rosa Montagut: Founder of Harmonia del Parnàs is the harpsichordist and director of this group with which she has recorded eight CDs and has performed in Europe and America, while collaborating, as organist, harpsichordist and director, with other specialized groups.
